Connecting Communities brings together programs that deliver Internet access and training programs. These programs are funded by Multimedia Victoria and managed by a variety of organisations.
Skills.net provides free or affordable Internet training and access to Victorians across the State. There are more than 700 Skills.net centres in Victoria.
Libraries Online provides free Internet access at over 240 library branches. You can access the library network online, including the full text of hundreds of journals and magazines.
access@schools provides local communities with after hours access to school computer rooms.
My Connected Community - Are you looking for training and online resources? This program can help with this and other website assistance for your local community.
VICNET Multimedia Centre offers free web page hosting, chat rooms and email. VICNET also provides telephone support for inquiries generated by Connecting Communities initiatives.
GO Vic brings Victoria's services to you online, allowing you to use the Internet in your everyday life. A key part of GO Vic is promoting the extensive Victorian Government services online.
