The Victorian State Government invites your council to apply for e-gaps program funding. This program has been developed to provide public Internet access terminals in areas currently lacking such access. Local councils will have the opportunity to identify locations where there is currently no Internet access as part of this program.

Local councils are invited to apply, under this competitive grants program, for funding of up to $20,000 to undertake and e-gaps project. The e-gaps program forms part of the State Government's Connecting Victoria strategy. This strategy provides a framework for ensuring access to the Internet for all Victorians and aims to ensure that Victorians – no matter where they live – benefit from the Internet.
