The title of this evening's session is ``eDemocracy''. We have already heard two perspectives from Dr. Batstone and Professor Barr. From my perspective, eDemocracy, is mainly about qualitative free ``speech'' then the existential right to be heard in an eWorld. An eWorld is one that transcends the traditional written or spoken forms of communication. In an Eworld, any one can be heard.

The challenge is to be able to

-whisper, as opposed to broadcast
-be sure that one isn't being overheard
-listen, over the surrounding cacophony,
-and in some instances implementing the laws of the land by limiting illegal eExpression.
