‘Connecting Up’ conference
3-4th May, 2004.
‘Using Information and Communications Technology To Build Australian Communities’
This national conference will be held at the Hyatt Regency, Adelaide. Delegate registration costs have been kept to a minimum to include as many people from the community sector as possible. Prices include morning, afternoon tea and lunch for both days plus and conference kit.

The Conference Session Tracks are Community Building, Connecting Communities, Community Resources and Community Technology. More detailed information on the tracks is available on the communIT website.
Speakers will include representatives from the National Office of Information Economy (NOIE), SA Government, SENTRA, PY Media (an Aboriginal remote areas project), Community IT solutions sponsored by the Office of E- Government (WA), ourcommunity.com.au (VIC), Community Builders (NSW) and many more. We are still looking for more communities to step forward and share their project experiences at the conference.
